About Beth Levine, LCSW-C

I am a psychotherapist, artist, writer and poet. I’ve discovered that the expressive arts have helped me tremendously with my own anxiety, as well as provide me with great joy. I am dedicated to my work with clients, helping them get more of what they want out of life and relationships. I work with individuals and couples and am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist and Supervisor.

My relationship with my companion animals have offered me laughter, contentment, and comfort, along with challenges, moments of shame, and learning opportunities. After reading the book The Inner World of Farm Animals, my perspective on life, living and connection really changed. In this blog, I hope to write about what I’ve learned about living a “good life” from animals. I hope these blogs offer you a laugh from time-to-time, as well as moments of transformations.
